Morning SG. Early bimble in to work as usual. Light and dry out, but tad chilly. Starting new project today so will have my head down for a couple of months without being bothered with the daily 💩.

Had to get my site boots out of the locker for the first time in ages. Been walking around with the feeling of short wooden planks strapped to my feet all morning.

Turned out to be feckin Covid after all. Doing the antivirals treatment at the moment to try and kill it a bit quicker. Need to be on duty for probably the most important taxi duty of my life on Monday. Mr WS in for investigation procedure.
Been rubbish weather here so sitting in bed all day looking out the window is about the best option. Bored silly though.

Afternoon folks,
Proud dad day for me, shirking from home as female child was getting results for her degree today. All very happy when it was confirmed she'd got a first, we were pretty confident as she is stupidly clever and worked hard at it. But she was stressing so very glad to get the results. All the more remarkable with the added complications of her dyslexia and still struggling with the chronic fatigue. Very happy now. Out for a celebratory meal later when the boy gets here. Might try to get out for a wobble after work and before food.
That's dull Spinner, GWS, more importantly hope the other half doesn't get it too.

Sun keeps trying show it’s self which is rare thing these days. Done a session on the turbo and not a lot else. Just catching up on races I missed over the weekend. Managed to prepare and cook dinner one handed last night, might have another go tonight.

Almost. Various big infrastructure and refurb projects with project managers. Also trades on the tools. Learned quite a lot of interesting stuff about future plans etc. Long day. Missed planned club ride tonight as back late. Meh.
