Tubeless rim tape

Hi all

I've been running tubeless for a couple of years or so and have finally used up the original sealant I bought. Having read the reviews I decided to get Silca ultimate, however it now seems from what I've read there is a problem with it abrading rim tape. Has anyone had any experience of this,or am I just being paranoid!?

    This is a problem that Silca themselves accept. It occurs with tapes that have printing on them and Silca sealant separates the layers they are made of. The answer is to use the plain cream coloured tapes such as Stans. There is a Silca video on YouTube explaining this issue.
