Relieved, sad, happy? Mixture of the three?

Why are you wide awake early when you can have a lay in but could easily sleep more waking at the same time on a work day? ๐
few things to sort out and about. Make sure house is presentable, collect missus from the airport later. Possibly think of an embarrassing welcome home sign for airport arrivals.

'Possibly' ?! That's right up your alleyway that sort of thing.

Something like 'Welcome back Wifey, I have some English sausage for you' ?

Traditional lie in had. Unfortunately the hounds don't walk themselves so we're off out in a bit to let them roam free. May head into town later for a bite to eat and some supplied. Then wash the crud off the bike ready for tomorrows adventures round the lanes.

Da Mowtah in for it's annual service part 2, and a part 3 as in brake fluid change been messaged to me so more 'fun' to follow. It's all one easy job innit. Or not. So sitting in t'dealership, no not that kind I thang yew, while part 2 gets done. At least I get 'free' (aye right) coffee to help pass the next hour or so.
Still gloomy grey November-ish. Ho hum. Happy days.

Due to the delay in taking off our return trip a missed connection has meant we are flying from Krabi - Bangkok - Stockholm - Helsinki - Manchester ๐ณ should be home 7/8pm tonight. About 33 hours in total.

That is bonkers. You will pick up some sort of lurgy for that length of time in an aluminium tube packed in with other 'uman beans.

Afternoon folks,
Traditional slow start was enjoyed. This was followed by the usual pottering. Very glad I'm not flying HD style as I've got a stiff neck and a headache. Obviously this is unrelated to beer consumption last night.
Out for dinner with EPO and daughter tonight before taking daughter back to uni tomorrow.
Lovely day out there for a change.

you can always do it once you're back (including outbound), if flights were oneworld it should be worthwhile

Tidied up after the party, hounds walked, run be done, gym and a swim, lawns and now cycling to a few pubs. Busy but fun day
