Giant Stem Spacers

I have a Giant TCR Advanced Pro. I was wanting to change the position of the stem on the steerer tube to drop it, but noticed that all of the stem spacers have a hollow cavity on the rear of them. Typically the stem itself would cover it due to the elongated shape to the rear of the stem, provided there are no spacers above the stem.

Is there a special "solid" stem spacer that can be purchased to allow a stem spacer on top of the stem that doesn't look a bit odd?
