Too much travel on Shimano str 7020 brake levers

Hi folks. I've bled the above brakes and I'm getting lots of travel before the bite point. Levers are new, pads are new and calipers. I've not got a spongy lever, it's a good brake but when in the drops it's nearly back to the bars.

Any help would be appreciated!

    Either lever travel screw ,or reach adjustment or your bleed isn't what you think it was ,did your lever look full ?

    Thanks for reply. Figured out that the pistons/pads needed advanced.
