Tektro R315 equivalent

Hi there


i need to replace my Tektro R315 on my cheap road bike which I use for commuting, does any one know any equivalent without breaking the bank, I have a 28 tyre and it only just went under by a couple of mil ( think I need a 41 to 57 clearance
