Sunday is acid reflux hell and has Pinno gone for a whisk.

Morning

Clearly Indian food and Laphroaig don’t mix. So sat here till the Gaviscon kicks in.

Enjoy the day.

    No reflux or whisks here.

Yoga'd, off to the gym in a bit then hopefully a bike ride after which will increase annual km by about 500%.

So Pinno is a bit of a 'whisker'? 🙂

Spot of drizzle here, but due to stop soon so the Womblebusters are cleared for their next mission this afternoon. Chilling with coffee for now.

Coffee whisked, whiskers need shaving off and whiskers Beans is fast asleep.

Dull and wet and windy. Indoor pedalling is the best I can hope for.

World CX procession with MvdP dominating later. Lets hope for a mechanical/stick in the spokes incident/heap big crash.

He should give the others half a lap head start, it’s only fair.

Meh, think I may still be full of ale from last nights ball, in a shooting lodge of the local hall, should have expected various animals on the walls, but still a surprise to see africas finest like that 🤬

hounds walked, now a run and the club later followed by the pub later

    Afternoon folks,

Traditional slow start was enjoyed. No whisking going on here. Might wander down to the shops in a bit, other than that a bit of pottering seems to be in order. Might try and get the pub hack back together.

First ride off the stabilisers today, not very far but progress.

mum mode has been activated here as the boy dislocated his shoulder yesterday at footy.

Beware the shops. Nearly had to throw down in my local Sainsbury’s this morning.

Went to the Lidl near me, no problem at all, helped a little old lady by reaching for some bread rolls at the back of the shelf. Resisted the chocolate brownies that were calling, now regretting my willpower 😂

Unders/overs. Strawberry 🍓 again. Hateful exercise.

Baked ham to take the edge off. With lots of veg.

Loads of nice cars up by the common earlier when I was out with the dog. I saw 6 Ferraris. Plus there were a load of classic type cars too. A yellow countach. I did not resist the brownie at the market, but it's for mini to replace calories after her 2 hour rowing conditioning.

Saw a photo doing the rounds of a butcher's shop where they'd mounted a vegan on the wall... 🙄

Well after the hell of the early hours of this morning. I did manage some sleep then out for a ride before breakfast, in fact I never got any breakfast as it was straight out after a shower to Mrs W aunties for Sunday lunch.

Who invented Sunday lunch it just makes Sunday a non event.
