Back to work after two days off suffering from snotrocketitis. At least it's warm enough to do the short commute in shorts. If tomorrow's sunny forecast holds, I'll extend the commute, but it won't be in shorts, looking at the temperatures.

Just a touch of drizzle on the pedal in but otherwise a pretty good ride bar a spot now bad luck on the bloody traffic lights in town. Long way round on the way back tonight.

Morning folks,
Although it may be afternoon by the time I finish typing. In the orifice this morning, heading out in half an hour to go to the funeral of one of the companies founders and main driving force. The management meeting this afternoon will be very quiet, I reckon there will only be 3 people instead of the usual dozen or so. The big boss in the US will probably throw his toys out the pram over it which could be fun. Wearing a tie for a change as a result, glad I don't have to wear one all the time.
I will not be eating Haggis, I will probably end up in a pub at some point along with lots of other people.

Afternoon
Burns night eh. I thought it was on Saturday as we going to a Burns night supper at the village hall that evening but what do I know. Good job I bought that bottle of Laphroaig that was on offer when I went to the shop. Just watched the cycling, weather looks a bit better over in Spain. Might pub for tea to night as the house is still upside down due to being decorated.

Crikey, I can see why Seano was sat in traffic for so long the other night. Utter chaos everywhere round here, those shitty temporary lights everywhere and everyone avoiding the A3 make for a potent snarl up. Luckily we left plenty time to take Mrs B³ for follow up foot x-ray and appointment.
