    Morning les rocambole

    Brr damn frosty cold.
Roller action, chores and admin today. In no particular order.
DWS off to curling after school so I don't have to play taxi until nearly 6 after morning school run. Of course, this time next year, i'll be putting both of them on the bus. Might change the car for something less practical.

Think I preferred the frost to this milder wetness. Coffee and finding work to avoid on the cards this morning. Didn’t get round to cleaning the bike at the weekend, chain wipe and lube will have to suffice.

    Morning
Grim round here but I at least the fog as lifted. Got woken by a crash during the night, turned out the Christmas tree had fallen over. Couldn’t even blame the cat as he was shut in the garage.
Might be a struggle to get going today.

    Poor cat.

  • Feeling under the weather today, perhaps it was the 11.30am gin I started with yesterday...
Or maybe the last bottle of wine around 10pm. Either way I'm looking forward to my bed tonight.

  • Not especially productive day, but whatever. Faffed about trying to resurrect an old water pump which we replaced a few months back. I think it was just the pressure regulator system all clogged up, so a decent clean out and now rebuilt it might do as a spare.

Walks, coffee etc as usual. No (virtual or other) rides for a few days, mojo missing.

Maybe try duck for Xmas this year - they float better.

Ferkin busy this morning - largely down to other peoples emergencies so have batted much of it back to them. Dull and soggy here and not much to report.

    Afternoon folks,
Really didn't want to get up this morning, weekends are too short. Shut it Oxo, and you Spinner :p
Managed a wobble in to the orifice without getting rained on. Prefer the crisp and bright as Seano says, but I was glad there was no danger of ice on the roads.
Daughter heading back to Brighton today, back in a couple of weeks for Christmas.
Was given a bottle of Moet and a big box of posh chocolates by the neighbour I helped with the bike shed, they'll get polished off soon enough no doubt.
