Not too bad a sleep considering I was mainly breathing through my mouth last night. Taking it easy while junior gets ready to head back to uni for the last 3 weeks of term.

Decent run with a pal, now chilling in the hot tub with a cuppa.

Lots of moving wood from location a to location b or c 🙄

Maybe gym but definitely pub later

Parky grey out there, no sunshine today. Outside tasks done, now to get prepped for a couple of days of domestic chaos, next phase of The Project incoming.

    Afternoon folks,
Traditional slow start was enjoyed. Had the excitement of a trip to Aldi for bread and milk, resisted the middle aisle. Had to laugh at the chap walking away with 2 large bags in one hand and a big box in the other. Seems he couldn't resist a 2 drawer air fryer.
Bits of pottering done, now sitting with a cup of tea and a biscuit.
Bloody miserable out, hibernation sounds good.

Summoned up my inner Northerner and went out for a ride in the cold 'n' drizzle before it got dark. Managed a few good snot rockets and it seems to have helped shift the lurgy :)

    Evening
Managed to coax my body into doing some climbing followed by some weights. Watched the cross races before having to hand over the tv to Mrs W so she could watch Christmas movies.🎅🙀

No Christmas movies in our house until December, but seeing as I'm in a pub and the EPO is at home I could be very much mistaken 😂
