Morning loup-garous à la graisse de renoncule

Clouds to the left of me, rain to the right, stuck in the middle with hue.

More toof ache but getting better.
Need to start pedalling again or i'll end up like B³.

No wonder B3 (I need a small font tutorial) has broken all his components.

Pidcock-esque decent of the mountains in Wimbledon this morning. Missus starting to pinch my cycling kit as she’s too tight to spend. Bit of rain on the forecast will have her running for the safety of the bus for the rest of the week so I need not worry.

Been to the gym for a strength and conditioning session with my coach 😳

Work snizzle now and at some point need to clean the bike that went through the floods at the weekend

Later is a run and maybe the gym again
  • In the gym this morning nice and early, can't face breakfast just yet as my protein drink hasn't settled.

@pinno although I've seen that pic loads, who actually is it?

    Morning
Feeling less broken this morning, a bit of stretching done and ironed a few shirts. Now waiting for the clock man to deliver and set up Mrs W grandfather clock.

Tired. Bl00dy hound decided to paw the bedroom door open and jump on the bed for no apparent reason at some ungodly hour. Then up before 6 to drive and pedal into town - was quite fresh this morning which at least woke me up a bit.

  • Normal-ish service resumed. Did some yard work to tidy up mess, then out for coffee/cake/shopping.

Trainer ride this arvo, and a walk over to a local beach, deserted as usual.

Nice to have a regular, simple day again. :-)

Har de har. No too dissimilar from the actualité. I'm taller though, and I don't wear team kit, though I quite liked the JV kit with pink, yellow and red detailing.

Bike based action again this morning on the way to work. Most folk don't really push hard on the pedals do they?

Only actual broken component was the brake lever. The rest were worn, due to lack of cleaning and maintenance, not lardiness.

You're not fat B3, just big boned (as Cartman once said). At least that's the way it was last time I met you. I suppose having a food & cooking thread named after you doesn't help with the rep...

    Afternoon folks,
Another delightful day in the orifice, quite a pleasant, if chilly, wobble through the park in the sunshine. How is it the deer were nowhere near the paths this morning or yesterday morning, but when it was dark I had to avoid several of them? Wish they'd put those lighting up collars on them like some hounds have.

Time for my annual hospital appointment. Oh how I do love a waiting room. BP is strangely through the roof! Maybe white coat syndrome. Usually it is the High side of Low.

    Sometimes. Maybe. Possibly.

Hmm, back from beers and curry with the MD, FD, former MD and IT consultant (former IT manager). I now know more than I did before, but don't know anything, will I be out of a job soon or invaluable. Most of them thought the latter, I'm not so sure.
Good luck with the appointment Mr 69
