Schils Noce Pro Frameset Origins

Hi everyone,
Just picked up a lovely secondhand Schils Noce Pro bike,

Does anyone know the origins of the frameset, in the back of my mind years ago I seem to remember reading they were from Belgium [possibly Ridley ?] or did I dream it ,
