Frame Respray / Refurb

I’ve got a lovely 58cm 2011 Genesis Equilibrium with geometry that is spot on for me. It is now very scratched and a bit sad looking.

So I am looking for any recommendations for respraying / rust checking etc in the South East?

Not SE, but Argos Cycles would be one of the obvious ones- especially for powder coating steel...
