    WFH so decent walk with hounds and now work snizzle.

    Easy run later, final one before this weekends race that means less beer on Friday and none on Saturday as the pubs will have closed by the finish……… regretting entering the race

    Eh? It's only 10:15 pm.

    windy cloudy blah day. Had to go out and acquire provisions for the next few days, which meant getting far too close to the denizens of the shallow end of the gene pool. Traffic hold up behind a very weird boat hull being transported somewhere...

    Walk this arvo before the rains hit. Was going to do a trainer ride but CBA when I got back. Tomorrow maybe.

    Other way round, busy stopping HMRC from robbing us. That said, I'm a good European and doing it all over the continent :smile:

    Up in the darkness, managed to wake the hounds with the slightest of creaky floorboards - cue barking which woke everyone up. Suspect I will be in the proverbial dog house when I get home.

    Had a busy morning fending off legalised highwaymen in various countries and will be torturing numbers this afternoon until they tell me what I want to hear. Now refuelling with a large cottage pie...

    I’m going to try - 24 hrs to do it and it starts at 13:00 on Saturday……….

    Evening
    Well it’s been a sh!t day. I tried to make it as stress free for Kitty cat as I could and it went as well as it could with vet who after feeling her kidneys was amazed she was still able to move.
    13 years with a delightful cat who appeared one day after getting in the engine of a neighbours car and been driven miles to her house before getting out and eventually been caught another neighbour. She was barely weaned at the time.

    We are down to one. Smarty cat who isn’t that great, him being 16 and on medication for Thyroid problems. However he does seem to have put weight on since being on the meds.

    Utter manic day in the orifice, position of not so beautiful assistant has been filled. He starts next week, I'm gutted. Good news is he knows his way around a computer. But...
