Canaries, Cyprus, southern Spain
Most of Europe the weather will be 'unpredictable' at best, and wet, cold and horrible or worse in reality.0 -
Cyprus is a good shout, some great riding both road and off road over there.Dorset_Boy said:Canaries, Cyprus, southern Spain

I went with these guys, and at least 3 parties from my club have gone out with them as well and they all rated them highly: https://facebook.com/p/V%C3%A9lo-Cyprus-Mountain-Bike-Cyprus-100039604763647
Run by a couple of ex squaddies - really friendly pair.
They certainly used to be able to assist with transfers and booking accommodation if you wanted to, but that may have changed.Felt F70 05 (Turbo)

Morocco? Something I'm thinking of myself but I haven't been there yet so I can't offer any advice on logistics, but there are a few companies offering guided tours.0

Calpe.
Fly to Alicante or Valencia.
Stay at Suitopia or Sol Mar.
Rent from Vuelta Turistica or Start with bike.
Ride the same roads that half of the Pro teams are training on.
Climb the Penon d'Ifach on your rest day.
Chill out at the Sky Bar.

We were over there earlier in the month, staying at the Gran Sol y Mar. Great location. Once you get inland and up out of the Jalon valley the roads are fantastic and virtually traffic free.
Mrs B hired an ebike from the Baguet bicycle centre. Run by a Belgian who seems to be a proper cycling nut. Had a large fleet of smart looking Ridleys for hire.

Update then..!. Actually did get to try Baguet Service Course after yet more rudeness from the utter charisma vacuum that runs Vuelta turistica.plymouthsteve said:Going back in a fortnight. Might try Baguet.. always nice to try something different. Thanks
Glad it happened actually because Baguet were the complete opposite. Great service, treated you like a friend and the Ridley Fenix that I rented was in tip top condition. Di2 battery charged before every rental, clean and took plenty of time to make sure the fit was right.
This will be my go to bike rental company from now. Don't get me wrong, Vuelta turistica have a big range of decent bikes, but is run by a man who hates people. Or maybe just English. Or maybe just me... although a few online reviews suggests it's not just me.
