    Fantastic shots! Love the motion blur in the pic with the riders from Mexico, Ireland, Cyprus and Equador.

    Looking again, i think it is my hand, holding an iphone. Think I was wearing a bright blue dhb hooded jacket.

    Yup! we must have been pretty much side by side.
    Here's my shot that includes the most of the crowd before I straightened and cropped.
    See if you can spot yourself, or where you were. I was only there for 10 minutes before popping into the Pot Still to watch the finish.

    They’re different hands.
    In my pic of vdp my missus with ring is applauding. In pb’s pic it’s me holding my phone, less than a second later.
    Pog in green was a minute or more later, missus was taking a pic and I’ve moved.

    Regardless, it was a really good spot to stand - had a drink in the Pot watching the final split and crash, then popped outside to see them come past on the last lap. Was the best place I went for getting to the barrier and riders slowed enough to get round the corner.
    It was difficult to get a decent view on Montrose st (especially for mrs) and they climbed faster than i can sprint on the flat.

    Must admit that I was surprised at how quiet it was outside the Pot.
    Seemed a logical place to pop in and out of, and the atmosphere inside was good with the Dutch and Belgians watching it on TV.
    That said, I spent the majority of my time between George St. and St. Vincent St.
