No Internal cable liner

Just bought a second hand Planet X bike which will be used for the winter, I have noticed there is no internal cable liner for either the gear or brake cables, so what is the best way to get the liner through the frame? TIA

    Remove the end piece of outer and then feed the liner over the inner cable, up through the frame and out the forward-most socket.
