**NO SPOLIERS** La Vuelta 2023 - when is it advised to watch the stage from?
Started reading the Stage 6 thread, and then realised it could be a pretty good stage.
Any pointers from anyone as to how many kilometres out might be optimal for todays stage?
Personally, probably 70km might be the most I can manage, but if someone says it's essential you watch it from 90, then I may see if I can :-)
Thanks

I'd say final climb. The other decisive point happened before TV coverage started.1

So as little as ~12km out?Felt F70 05 (Turbo)

I don't think it's a spolier to describe what happened before the TV coverage started, is it?0

That's a good point - though there are occasionally differences between countries about when they take up the broadcastkingstongraham said:I don't think it's a spolier to describe what happened before the TV coverage started, is it?

On yesterday's stage you'd have as much clue working out how there was a 40 man break including 4 from TJV by watching the last climb as you would watching all the coverage that was available. All you miss is the fact it was 7 minutes clear the first we saw.
Pretty confident Eurosport is showing all the coverage that is made available.0 -
They are, and have said so every day during their coverage.kingstongraham said:On yesterday's stage you'd have as much clue working out how there was a 40 man break including 4 from TJV by watching the last climb as you would watching all the coverage that was available. I don't listen to much of the commentary to be honest. It's background noise if it's on and there's nothing much happening.gethinceri said:

I think the answer is 11km to go when they start speeding up.1
