Posts are being approved before being posted?

I have twice tried to add a response to a thread in the Road Biking Forum only to get a message that it will be posted after being approved.

Why am I getting this message?

    Same here, trying to add to the "bargains spotted" thread - not appeared many hours later and I don't think it was controversial!
