Slept well (too well as I overlept) after yesterday's pedalling effort round the lanes. Just as well, I'm WFH - lots of people on hols so no point point going going I'm to a sparse office. May head out for lunch later as CBA to make anything and Mrs. 666 is our. Will do some weights after work.

It’s finally stopped raining here but it’s still very wet. Spent the morning getting rid of cobwebs that I’d missed with my usual half @rsed cleaning. Fancy the spiders making webs underneath beds, who’d have thought it.
Managed a session on the board with out stressing my arthritic wrists too much.

Another busy day in the orifice, but I'm the only one at this end so at least I can choose the music. Slightly moist wobble in and it looks like it may be the same for the return leg. I'm home alone tonight so could go to the pub, but I'm still home alone tomorrow and have beer and curry booked for then.
EPO is in Brighton to help female child with sorting stuff out to move house and to spend a bit of time with her. They got the keys for the new place today and apparently it's in a right state.
Webboo, tell Mrs W that it's good to keep spiders in the house as they keep the population of other bugs down. So leaving the webs where you can't see them is actually providing a service.
