Gemini carbone Seat post - ?

I was looking to change my seatpost on my new bike. I want something with some setback. I came across a Gemini carbone Seat post on a local 2nd hand site where I live.
I can find no listings for that seatpost on Gemini's website, I'm guessing its older...
Was the hole designed for suspension, does it work? Does anyone know the setback - I guess around 15mm?
Its a total bargain (10chf), but its a 150km round trip - I don't want to ride out there unless its worthwhile....

Looks quite like this one that came specced on my old Focus CX bike, it's...fine? Not gonna make as much difference as tyres at the right pressure but it doesn't seem to feel harsh.0 -
Thanks, looks very similar - thanks. Agreed with the tire pressure - I run 35mm gravelking slicks on my road bike - comfort all the way...
There bound to be a reason that they are selling a carbon seat post for 10chf - I guess its worth the risk though.... What's the worst that can happen?

Well, it begins with a and ends in penetration.0
