Rather hot here at 8:30 so think I will swim rather than run.
Current wife and I went out on our own last night, rather messy so might not see her for a few hours.

Morning folks,
Had to get up earlier than is traditional for me on a weekend and provide taxi services to the EPO. Mild hangover after a few beers with the kids and a friend last night.
A touch moist here earlier, sunny for the time being but more showers forecast for later.
Kids have gone out to meet up with all their cousins so peace and quiet has been restored.0 -
Puck pucked out of planned ride, too windy. Route would have included a good tail wind assist on return bit too gusty. Biscuit not worth the risk. Indoor trainer sesh instead.
