POC helmet sizing

Hi,
I bought a POC ventral air mips helmet that I can't get to sit right. I made sure to try on both the medium and large. Went for the large as medium was way too small. I feel as though the helmet sits too low on my head as after an hour I can feel it rub on my forehead and I often have a red mark after a ride where the helmet has rubbed against my head.
Is there anything I can do get it to sit right on my head with regards to adjustment?

Hi Mark,
Helmets are meant to sit fairly forward on your head. AS long as they're above your eyebrows they're probably sitting right on your forehead.
Some heads fit helmets differently and yours might not be that well suited to the POC shape, if it's putting too much pressure on your forehead.1
