Specialized Tricross Sport Wheels

I bought a Specialized Tricross Sport 2nd hand on a whim a few years ago as a touring bike. It was bought, ridden twice and then sat in a garage for 12+ years.
I want to replace the wheels, with a pair of Campagnolo Calima C17. The original wheels are a bit heavy, I'd say sitting in storage for decade didn't do them any good. The original wheels are Quick Release, 108mm at the Front and 140mm at the Rear.
The Campagnolo Calima C17, are 100mm at the Front, 130mm at the Rear. So there is a 10mm delta there - should I be worried about that?

How certain are you of those measurements? 100mm front and 130mm rear is what I would expect (possibly 135mm rear if it has disc brakes or used MTB spacing for some reason). 140mm would be very unusual, and would suggest someone's done something strange with that bike.0
