    Morning Patagonians

Dull. Very dull. Something is blowing in from the West. Perhaps it's the monsoon.
    It's still mild though.
Hoping for more shenanigans in Russia to keep us entertained and give us hope.

Meanwhile RR championships continue in Redcar @Stevo_666

Traditional chilled Sunday morning in progress, then off to get stuff for Mrs. 666's garden project followed by some garden work - which is likely to be a bit sweaty.

    Morning folks,
Another sunny one here. About to go to friend's bar for coffee before setting off towards Pisa to collect the lad and his squeeze. Might stop off en route to see our French friends as they are staying in a place about half way.
    Out for dinner later.

Got the beginnings of man flu which with a race starting Friday night isn’t ideal.

Will try to drink through it

Not a bad day after all. Nice morning, did stuff around here for a while, then out and about for lunch. Back on the trainer this arvo again, trying to get some condition back in the body for spring and summer.

I even dragged out the bag of tennis racquets and waved one about a while. Not hit a ball in a few years now, and the last attempt was eminently forgettable, but I do miss it. Might have a crack again one day if I can find someone patient enough to play.

    Wooosh!
That's me; done, finished project rental.

I had a mad moment and decided that I should cut grass before the week long monsoon arrives in about... 90 mins. So I went like the clappers and was still cutting when the rain came on but I finished. Then decided to go to project rental and see what I could get done. I got it all done (bar the clean up, haha!).
    Fooked.

Chicken pie with puff pastry, Broccoli and mash.

    Must go scrub - lots.

Spoke too soon. Got visited by the puncture fair 21 miles out, couldn’t find what had caused it, put a new tube in only for it to go down. Then found a split in the tyre down to the canvas. Got rescued by the great Mrs W. At home replaced the tyre putting it on 5 times as PB suggested to stretch the tyre a bit. Managed to snap a lever doing this.
Eventually got back out for an hour did some intervals. By the time I’d finished I had lost 3 and half pounds from first thing this morning.

I always take a dump before I go out riding with anyone, maximises any weight advantage
