What's the Differance S-Works Bikes

I have been looking as if I was a lottery winner at the Specialized Levo Turbo 2 S-Works.

I see two power options, but in UK it seems there is a 700Wh battery and a 320Wh battery. Am I confusing things or is one for UK market and one for EU markets?
