Hi guys,
I have 6 year old defy 2 advanced with cp2 tyres, I have not ever flatted or needed to change tyres but my back tyre is almost square. I am overwhelmed with what to buy in the new market place is the new giant tyres as good as the old ones. Happy to pay any price as the last tyre lasted so long puncture free. Note my defy is model before tubeless. Amazing bike that has never needed maintainace in 6 years I have ridden around 4500 km on the bike.

If you've never tried a "top tier" tyre, grab a set in the best deal you come across that will fit your frame/forks, no reason you cannot run a slimmer tyre up front for marginal aero gains.
For example, GP5000s, no idea if this is cheapest place https://www.merlincycles.com/continental-gp5000-folding-tyres-with-2-free-inner-tubes-pair-129803.html or https://www.sigmasports.com/item/Continental/GP5000-Clincher-Tyre/KJ5Z
Maybe try latex tubes at the same time for another marginal performance gain, but you will be adding another ~£26 https://www.sigmasports.com/item/Vittoria/Competition-Latex-Presta-RVC-48mm-Inner-Tube/KX2X================
