Partially integrated cable stem

My frame doesn't have internal cable routing but I am looking to clean up the hydraulic hoses as much as possible (di2 at least makes gears easy). I was wondering if there is a stem that lines up with the hole on the bars in the picture but doesn't route the cables down into the headset. Instead, maybe comes out just in front of the headset to stay next to the frame?
I just think the hoses would look neater sitting next to the frame.

It looks like the Specialized venge stem could do it but no doubt that will be lots of $$$

Those bars require the hoses to go through the stem, rather than underneath it, for that you'd need a different fork (D shaped steerer) - See here https://weightweenies.starbike.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=172667

If you came out from the others, you'd be able to use a stem like the Venge or the Tarmac SL7 one (I've got the SL7 on my Ribble and they're cheap)

Ah yeah, looks like it's just a neat little bolt and widget to keep the cables neat. It's exactly the sort of thing I was looking for as it keeps the cables tidy but easier enough to route them down the front of the headtube instead of inside. Are there any other options?
  • If you could find one, the new Giant Contact SL stem might work?

It's obviously intended to work with the D-Steerer to route down the headtube, but I see no reason why you couldn't just use it to route the cables down the outside of the headtube.
