The advertising standards authority have ruled that swytchbike adverts broke some of the ASA rules. I've experienced months long delay for kit to arrive, and customer service that more often than not does not reply.
I am waiting for refund but having said I am entitled they are ignoring me. Anyone else had problems? Read their reviews on trustpilot
