Meh, may have drank too much yesterday as we decided to have a party last minute. Fun but todays running in the Welsh hills won’t be pleasant.

    Pub later obviously

10 degrees and raining here. That's pretty autumnal in my book. Not perfect though.

    Morning Quivering ectoplasms

    Drizzly meh.

Not much to do today nor will there be much to report.
I bet Spinners Autumn is warmer than our spring.

    L-B-L later.

Rain has stopped play here, so will head outside this afternoon. The hounds agree and are sleeping.

We had a decent summer once it finally arrived. But yeah, it changes fairly quick. That said, late April is often very nice, like today, 20-ish, no wind, few clouds.

    Evening folks,
Had a good couple of days with much good food and booze. Nice and sunny here this morning but clouded over as we were having a late lunch. Now at the airport waiting to come back to grey and cold 😞

Bloody hell he should have been representing GB in the bouldering World Cup in Japan with skills like that.

Back home, dark and wet by the time we landed, delayed after we'd boarded as pesky french air traffic control on strike again. Are they just plain workshy, do they ever do a full day's work?

That looks a tad steep. Whereabouts is that. Looks vaguely familiar.

Berwyns - if you fancy a run around there or north Shropshire pm me and we can meet up

I'll stick with the flat if you don't mind, at the minute. For some reason as i get older i get more daft. doing full 200km reiver next yr hopefully at 58 and a full marathon. Oh and overweight.

More padding as you roll down Berwyn's - it will cushion the fall.

Is there some sort of special flight just for S&M fans?

We'll, it certainly felt like punishment, low cloud, rain and a pretty rough landing had a few gasps from some.
