SEVEN Axiom - 54"

One for the Connoisseurs. A truly classic, hand built, titanium frameset, kitted out with a mixture of 11 speed Campagnolo Record and Chorus. Hand buit wheel set, 32 spoke, the rear with a Powertap hub for added versatility.

The fork is of course a Seven carbon one and it has a slight mark on it, less than a centimetre in diameter, but the carbon weave is visible and totally unmarked/undamaged.

It's wrapped up so I "think" that the post is Richey carbon and that the stem and bar are likewise. They are not low quality items. The bike is equipped with rack mounts and clearance for 32" tyres should someone fancy a light tour. Cantilevers obviously. I've descended mountains over 3000m so please don't be put off by that. I still have some KOM's from descending on it.

The geometry was based on the, then available, Specialized Roubaix, as I wanted comfort for longer tours and speed for climbing or descending.

It's a bike for life. The only reason for selling is a brain injury that prevents me from riding anymore, otherwise I would keep it into my seventies!

So someone will be lucky. That person will not be a follower of fashion but will be someone who appreciates quality when they see it.

I have no idea what this is worth to someone as they rarely come up on the used market. I guess offers but if that is unacceptable I will do some research.

  • Hi, your ad peaked my interest. Is it still available and, if so, do you have any pictures and a price in mind? Thanks.
