Cannondale synapse (56cm) carbon Disc Bike. Ultegra groupset & handbuilt wheels

Selling my 2 year old carbon Cannondale Synapse 56cm (upgrading to a titanium bike)
It has an ultegra compact groupset (50/34) with an 11-34 on the rear. It has 40cm handlebars which someone might want to change for 42cm. I’d want to keep the pedals and waterbottle holders and I’d keep the saddle but put another saddle on it (seatpost is carbon).
It has handbuilt wheels (Borg 22) (https://thecycleclinic.co.uk/collections/road-disc-brake-wheelsets/products/borg22-disc-road-cx-gravel-wheelset-front-and-rear-with-borg-hubs-28-spoke).
Tyres are pretty new with only a few hundred km on them (28mm Continental GP 4 seasons)
It’s been in my outhouse all winter and I stupidly didn’t protect the cassette or the chain. So there is a bit of surface rust on the cassette and the chain albeit when it is lubed the chain runs fine. Bar tape has some marks where it’s been lent against wall of outhouse all winter.
