    Being that short must have been a massive advantage for what she was doing. Low body mass and great aerodynamics, while not having to be unhealthy level lean.

    One would argue that LeJog is more a battle with winds than a battle with hills… so a big rider should me more suited. Men who held the record tend tend to be on the built side, rather than skinny climbers.
    Her 59 hours record defies belief, considering the bikes of the era.
