    Freezing fog this morning - so walking hounds was rather cold.

    WFH today so nice breakfast and now catching up on the in box after a busy few weeks.

    Later is probably a run and potentially a swim

    Down at the local medical centre for a pre MRI blood test. Get to lie in the big tube tomorrow. Then its back to work with a hound walk squeezed in somewhere.

    At least the continual drizzle appears to have stopped. Hoorah. Still gloomy and grey and damp. Off to do a gym sesh in a bit, try to generate some enthusiasm. Ho hum. Bring on the springtime.

    Played football with the kids on Sunday, my legs are still in bits.
    Meetings today inter spaced by some grazing.
    Tonight will be work again (last night was 11pm shut off) and the spare room is still full of skiing gear!

    Morning all. Another 🥶 ride into work again. Strava says -4 but feels -6, personally think it felt colder. Hopefully a bit warmer riding home. OH is still tetchy so rest of the family is having to tread carefully. Her company merger hasn't quite gone to plan and causing he a few problems.

    Who knew a trip to hospital for an x-ray and a trip to gp for a blood test on the same day, could make you feel like you've just done your first 4+ hour ride of the year, after a winter of sub hour turbo sessions? :s

    Evening folks,
    Another busy day in the orifice that was made a little easier by the presence of my beautiful assistant. Still driving in which is tedious, at least I didn't have to scrape the windows this morning.
    Was the hospital an hour away and the GP an hour away in the opposite direction Goat?
