hello folks
i've recently bought a second-hand kraken and would like to identify its year of manufacture, just for curiosity really. i see on internet that you can supposedly input into manufacturers' database to check the no, but can i find any such database or website? no.
Any advice on how to decode a carrera frame no. i'm guessing mine will be c2019/2020?

Easiest way is probably to post a photo.
Carrera is Halfords own brand (so Halfords are in effect the 'manufacturer') so you can always ask in store, they used to be made by Merida but not sure if they still are.
Still have my 2006 Kraken frame somewhere!Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0
