Rotterdam cycling trip

Hi all,
I'm trying to organise a cycling trip to Belgium, we normally take the ferry from Hull to Zeebrugge but now that has gone, we are looking at something around Rotterdam where the ferry now goes.
Anybody done a 4 or 5 day bike tour starting from Rotterdam? Happy to go anywhere interesting to loop back to Rotterdam and around 40-60 miles a day.

What time of the year?
I always find the tulip fields around Lisse something worth visiting, that’s early April. Lots of lovely towns in Holland… Delft, Haarlem, Utrecht, Leiden. Stay away from Amsterdam, they’ll Nick your bike in no time at all… actually be careful about thieves in any Dutch town.
