Jump Building

Hello!
I have never built a proper jump for a bike or anything. I wanted to ask how do I make the jump good and sturdy. Because most of the times I make the jump, I pack it with a shovel, and then I ride it for 2 times, and it is falling apart, I put water on it and let it set, a bit better but still bad.
So the question is, How do I make the perfect jump/dirt for a perfect jump?

You need clay if doing it with just soil.
