203 mm rotor not fitting?

Hi guys.
Wonder if someone might be able to solve this puzzle .
Just upgraded front rotor to 203mm. Bought a post to post adapter for 203. It says 203 on it. Fitted the SRAM 203 rotor. But now the brake pads are not meeting the rotor. It looks as if the 203 adapter is creating too much space. See pics .

Pretty sure it's a 160-203 (+43mm) adaptor that you've fitted onto 180mm post mounts.
I see you've got a Revelation fork similar to mine. Mine's fitted with a 180-203mm (+23mm) adaptor (all Shimano) and it fits together as it should.

Ok. My revelation had no adapter from factory as the rotor was a standard 180mm front post mounted. Now I want 203mm which adapter do you think I need? Cheers

So from factory with no adaptor and a 180mm rotor is confirmation that the post mounts are 180mm.
My Shimano adaptor is a (+23mm) 180-203 and as you can see it's different, i.e. it's an inline adaptor/ just two bolts running all the way through the caliper, adaptor and into the post mounts.
Shimano, Sram and various other aftermarket brands share this same inline adaptor design for both +20 and +23mm adaptors.
Apparently it's new that Sram Centreline rotors are now in 203 size and used to only be in 200mm. Have never seen a specific 23mm Sram/Avid adaptor anywhere, only a 20mm.
A Shimano adaptor with correct length bolts and washers included like mine will work:-

You could get one of these easily anywhere, you'll just need to take a note of the part number and match that:-
