Bottom Bracket Size

how much bsa bottom bracket 68 cup size? and if i upgrade how much i must be using spacer? thx

    Prices range anywhere between £10 to mega expensive depending on brand, quality, etc.

    I'd say (for Shimano or other brands that share the Hollowtech II standard) a decent but budget bottom bracket is the Deore BB52 which is a good option.

    For 68mm bottom bracket shell widths it's generally recomended that all three 2.5mm spacers included should be used, two on the driveside and one on the non driveside. Full instructions are usually supplied or can be found online and if it's the first time fitting one then following these instructions is advisable.
