I just want a basic hardtail to go on a few off road treks with my son. I'm happy to spend up to about £750. From what I've seen the reviews are very good on the Voodoo Bizango at this price point.
Is that still the case or are there a few more options available to me?

The Bizango has always seemed to be a decent buy at that price range and can't see any reason why it isn't still. Not looked at how the recent models are specced to compare.
I was looking for a similar priced hardtail for a friend a while back. I ended up buying him a Vitus Nucleus 27 VRS which he is very happy with and coz it was the 2021 model it was on sale for £500.
The 2022 VRS equivalent models are now on a black Friday sale with a bundle including a fully fitted dropper post and a good set of pedals for £600. Definately worth considering and a killer deal for a well specced bike with those extras.

I am pretty happy with the Trek Marlin 6, had it a couple of years, ideal for general off road riding.1

Don't know much about e-bikes but coincidently there's the Vitus e Sommet VR mullet (170mm'ish/typical enduro travel) on the same black Friday sale linked above. Looks like a bargain at £3000 compared to most e-mtb prices I've seen. There's also the more expensive, and I presume, better equipped VRS version on there too.fishy_fibs said:Hi getting back in to biking after a lot of years looking at getting a full suspension 140mm travel emtb will be using it for trails and a bit of enduro does anyone have any ideas on what bikes to look at

Go to the emtb Forums, a specialist emtb website. Friendly place, loads of informed riders on there, you can ask about pretty much ANY emtb and someone on there will, have ridden one. It's free to join and to use.fishy_fibs said:Hi getting back in to biking after a lot of years looking at getting a full suspension 140mm travel emtb will be using it for trails and a bit of enduro does anyone have any ideas on what bikes to look at
