The new Cinelli Vigorelli seems to be available in every country apart from the UK!!! I emailed Cinelli UK last year, they said not available in the UK, this time my most recent message to query the availability, they ignored me.
Is this a Brexit thing I wonder? or maybe Cinelli only imports certain frames they think they can sell. Very poor I must say! The Vigorelli's I see in the UK are the old models.................https://cinelli.it/en/prodotti/vigorelli-en/

In my experience this is likely to be a growing problem. Shortly after Brexit became a reality, Rose the German online bike supplier ceased dealing with any UK customers. My take on was that the additional paperwork/ form filling/ VAT/Import Duty hassles made it economically unviable to continue to supply to the UK.
I think this may be an issue for those EU suppliers who might be slightly more niche with a much smaller share in the UK market. The returns are not there when factored against the increased admin costs.2 -

What a complete Shambles Brexit was/is! Makes cyclists really pis....d off trying get hold of kit, like myself. Say goodbye to the world's largest single free market 20 miles from your border, good/services efficiency, business opportunities, transportation neatness, complete madness.arlowood said:In my experience this is likely to be a growing problem.
