    Morning all. Dad's taxi for football. Garden centre to keep OH happy and beers later with eldest. Looks like someone's enjoying the froggy gaff.

    Lovely weather here but sorting out holiday stuff.
    Can you take a bike box as your normal hold luggage on sleazyjet? It meets the size and weight limits on their website but then another bit of the website says you need to book it on seperately.

    Bright and (very) breezy this morning.
    I'll wait till after lunch as it's supposed to ease and go pedalling before another low moves in. Tomorrow looks dodgy and Tuesday looks ace.
    You have to plan these things.

    Seems to be a pattern of mild cold mild cold. Oscillating jet stream I guess.

    In the meantime, I forgot and asked him where he was going in France.

    Playa Blanca is where I am. Eastern side of town. Hire was the idea, but the bag of cycle kit I packed was mysteriously removed from my suitcase and replaced with some of mini's clothes and shoes. Words have been had. I'll go into town later and see what I can see.

    I've seen quality descenders, who needs brakes? Just lean over a bit more. Or something.

    Looks very nice. Reminds me I need to sort a holiday before too long - must start looking at ski websites.

    Been out with hounds, now headed out to retrieve our Ukrainian who's been staying with her mate a few miles up the road for a couple of nights. Apparently she needed some help to dye her hair, christ knows why it took so long.

    Afternoon folks,
    Traditional slow start was enjoyed. EPO feeling decidedly rough after being double jabbed yesterday, I'm feeling fine other than the usual sore arm. Can't remember which jab went in which arm, but the right arm is the one that's sore.
    So Piña and B³ have little memory or don't read these posts properly. Don't ask them to remind you about anything important.
    I could use a holiday.

    Funny thing is, it looks almost exactly the same as it did before. And her mate Svetlana had a decidedly iffy two tone hair colour when she answered the door. I'd better not ask...

    Beautiful morning 40mile ride to parents. Cows frolicking, sheep mooing, lovely quiet country lanes. Nightmare 40miles back as Komoot decided to try and kill me. Every busy A road and dual carriageway possible. Detours for every climb. It even had me legging it across 4 lanes of motorway slip road.
