Rim-tyre compatibility for road bike
Hi everyone! I have some 32 mm tyres on my Specialized Roubaix and I would like to change them to 28mm, would they be compatible with the rims?
There rims are Axis Elite Disc, with 21mm internal width. The tyres I would like to mount are Continental Grand Prix (the all-rounder Grand Prix ).
Specialized sells bikes with 32mm and 35mm tyres on these rims (some Roubaix and Diverge models).
How do you know which tyre widths are compatible to a rim?
