1974 Claud Butler Road-Track frame - 24”/61cm C-T, restored and updated.
Original Reynolds 531 steel frame with beautiful green paint, original Campagnolo crankset and bottom bracket, original Cinelli stem and handlebars. Brand new hand built wheels: Mavic Open Pro rims on red anodised Dia Compe Gran Compe hubs, Sapim X-Ray spokes and new Michelin Pro 4 tyres. Original Christophe pedals with new Spa cycles toe clips, leather saddle and rear cog. New KMC chain. New Cinelli white cork bar tape. Tektro RL726 front brake lever and Shimano front brake (frame is factory drilled for rear brake too).
I’ve restored this bike myself to a very high standard. It has a nice patina and has obviously been well looked after throughout its life. It needs no work doing and is the perfect training/winter/commuting bike. 55 tooth crank and 21T rear is an ideal all round gearing.
