Scott addict fork

I have a scott addict. And want to lower my stem but before I cut it I want to be sure that it's fine with my back. I bought some spacers to go on top but they don't fit. I measured the forks diameter and it was 32mm. I can't find any spacers for this diameter. Anyone has the same problem or have a solution?

The camera down the willy isn't anything like as bad as it sounds.

What specific type and year of Addict is it?

A fair few of them have specific spacers which makes things a touch more awkward, although in theory you should be able to take the ones out underneath and put them on top.

I have a Scott Addict rc 15 pro from 2020. But the spacers underneath aren't made to go on top and the ones i bought don't fit.

@cashermans1 I'm pretty sure the 2020 variant has fully integrated cabling, and so custom shaped spacers.

I've never attempted to drop the bars on mine, but something I am considering.

Hopefully you are on Facebook - if you are, I'd suggest joining one or both of these groups, then posting a pic of your bike, and pose the question - guaranteed others will have already carried out the same task:
