Cwmcarn closures

How do you find out which trails are open or closed at cwmcarn? I'm heading to Cardiff for a conference next weekend and have a chance to hit some local trails on Thursday afternoon.... On Google is claims cafall trail is closed but I can't find any info?

The official website lists all closures "at the top of the page", and nothing is mentioned.
