Hello
What type of grease do I need for the threads on the bb, I’ve seen quite a lot, lithium or just any.
And at the same time do you grease the crank bolts when put the cranks back on

Any automotive or cycle grease will be fine. A dab on each of the crank retaining bolts won't do any harm.0

I use blue locktite on cranks as its a long time before they need to come off .
BB threads I use Park Antisieze0
