Is everybody groovin and is everybody moovin in this little ole place?

    Cloudy meh.
Yesterday's forecast was wrong - ended up a lovely day. I was scorchio'd on top of the conservatory but sorted now with low modulus Silirub and uPVC.

Rocky Rocket 2 arrived yesterday

Morning, wfw in Edinburgh today and staying in town so drink on my own/avoid the OH and her friend doing baby related prep. Meant to be out west with my boss tomorrow but he's feeling a bit under the weather, I quite fancy popping into my favourite brewery so I hope the meeting is still on

Grey but not damp in Edinburgh, sun later

Feeling a bit under the weather but better than yesterday. Seem to sleep well, but wake up feeling like I haven't. Will press on and see how it goes...

    Ride
    Get bollocking
    WFW
    Ride back

Averaged 18.5 mph on the way in but it was all downhill and power was way down on usual.

Still very positive here as expected. Won't bother testing again until the weekend.

Wfh for me. Dull really, and a bit sweaty in my office/box room. I would go and have an indoor pedal (much more efficient use of 45 minutes), but Mrs B3 is working in the pedal room. I may go to the office tomorrow for a change of scenery and the exercise.

Had a nightmare afternoon. I was angry from wrestling with a nonsensical printer so I took some time out and booked to get my eyes tested at Specsavers. No one said a word to me for 35 minutes so I left, still blind and even more angry.

I accept these are petty nightmares but I am turning into my dad so these things make me unreasonably angry.

Write them a complaint in large print, or better still in Braille.

Did you see a faded sign at the side of the road that says 15 miles to the love shack?

Which is your favourite brewery? Sulwath? See you there.

A day of uncovering yet more FFS issues with the new place, another rumblewagon load of keerap taken to the tip recycling centre. Actually, the corroded, been left sitting full of water for n years and too large for practical use at my age barrow is now, because the wheel + tyre combo is ok, available for use at the recycling centre. Be careful peeps.

Fyne ales, great brewery tap, great beer. There was a time a few years ago when they recognised me in there despite it being 2hrs drive from home. Sulwarth are much more local to me though
