I have a rival AXS 12V sram, for several weeks it had been making a noise every time I exerted force on the pedals, today one of the screws that held the chainrings came loose and the small chainring (33t) bent
This is normal, can it be prevented? would that be the noise? or the bearings of the center box can make this noise when force is applied to the pedals?

The noise was very likely the movement of the small chainring as the bolt worked loose. Shouldn't have happened if the bolts were correctly torqued / threadlocked.
Suggest you get a replacement ring and some chainring bolts, and make sure they have threadlock and are properly torqued on reassembly0
