    It's annoying, but the French TDF tv directors have a long tradition of ignoring important stuff if a random French rider is somehow involved.

    French tv provide the pics courtesy of ASO and everyone takes that feed and adds the commentary. BBC do the same for Wimbledon. But the French bias is well known

    I think they always Main Offender by The Hives for the first stage (I may be wrong). Using Running Up That Hill for the 2016 Ventoux fiasco propelled Kate Bush to number just six years later. My favourite this year is Get Up by James Brown for stage 2 - "Take 'em to the bridge"
